Onboarding: a term we're hearing/using more and more. Let's not take it in the aeronautical sense of the term, but rather as integration into a structure, a team. On your marks, get set, go!
But for that, you need the right tools, the right codes: training is one of the keys to successful onboarding, and can be carried out using e-learning modules, for example.
