We are embarking on an important turning point at #Numix with the experimentation of the 4-day week from January 2024. This experiment, planned over 6 months, is part of our ongoing quest to improve the Numix team's quality of life.
💼 To prepare for this change, we solicited the opinions of our employees through an internal survey conducted by our COPIL made up solely of our team members. The results, presented at our Monday Weekly, are very encouraging:
Our whole team is enthusiastic about the idea of working 32 hours a week, despite some concerns. How are we going to maintain our production while reducing our working week? That's what we're working on: optimizing our processes, methods and time management in general.
