Design, graphic creation and production of a training module for community pharmacists, as part of a study into the support provided by pharmacies to liver and kidney transplant patients.
This project was carried out jointly by ten French hospitals: CHRU de Tours, Hôpitaux de Toulouse, Assistance Publique Hôpitaux de Marseille, CHU de Poitiers, CHU de Rennes, Hôpitaux Universitaires de Strasbourg, CHU de Montpellier, CHU de Nantes, CHU de Reims and CHRU de Brest.
This e-learning presents a common core, as well as parts/screens specific to each establishment.
